Returns Policy

The short version

Unused books can come back within 30 days of when they arrived. After that, I can’t do a full refund or exchange.

It needs to be in the same shape I sent it, in the original packaging.

Partial refunds only, in these cases:

When the return shows up, I’ll email you to say I have it, and whether the refund is approved.

If it is, the money goes back to the original payment method. Banks sometimes take a few days to show it.

Check the account again first. Then the card company, then the bank. There’s often a delay on their side.

I only replace a book if it arrived damaged or defective. Email [email protected] and I’ll sort it out.

If it was marked as a gift and shipped straight to you, you’ll get store credit once I have the return.

If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had it sent to themselves first, the refund goes back to them.

Once I approve the return, I’ll send you the address.

Return shipping is on you, and it isn’t refunded. If I refund the book, I’ll subtract what it cost to get it back.

For anything pricey, a tracked service is a good idea. I can’t refund a return that never arrives.
